Well it's early February now and hopefully we are done with the deluge of rain we had in December and January. The coastal streams are fishing well now that the water has receeded and I just spoke to one of our guides fishing some of our clients today. As of 10: 00 they had hooked four steelhead and only landed one 13 lb. fish. They still have alot more river left to fish today however and should catch some more. Sturgeon fishing has been good to excellent if you are in the right places. We have the guides to take you there. Despite the poor forcast for valley spring chinook, there will still be some great opportunities in other areas, call us for details. If you are looking to fish for Bass and Walleye book now as dates are filling fast. Also we are excited to announce that we are moving near Tillamook right on the Wilson River. This should be advantageous as we are right next to the core of alot of our fishing. We will be able to look out the office window and not only tell you the river height, but water color. We also hope to gain vital fishing information from making some casts in the back yard too. We will still have the same toll free number and will update you to the new local Tillamook number. Best Fishes from Mark & Jeanne Plummer of Fishing Guides Northwest.
